Zanii Books is a business-to-business accounting engine operated by Zanii Agency (Dubai, UAE). It processes financial records on behalf of client organisations ("tenants") under a data-processing arrangement with each tenant.
What we store. Journal entries, chart-of-accounts, and inbound payment events supplied by a tenant or its authorised bots. Each tenant's data is isolated at the database row level and is never exposed to another tenant.
How we use it. Solely to produce that tenant's books, reports, and tax figures, and to emit proof-of-action receipts to the tenant's own ledger.
Retention & access. Records are retained for the statutory period required under UAE law. Access is restricted to the tenant's own API keys and Zanii operators bound by confidentiality.
