Zanii Books is provided by Zanii Agency to authorised tenants under written agreement. By calling the API with a tenant key you accept these terms.
Correctness. The engine enforces double-entry balance at the database layer. Tenants remain responsible for the accuracy of the events they submit and for their own statutory filings.
Not tax advice. Report figures and filing-prep outputs are computational aids. Final tax filings must be reviewed by a registered Tax Agent before submission.
Availability. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
